My heart was broken to receive the phone call re Beryl's passing. Beryl would phone me about two or three times each month, and we would chat. She would always start out with, "I just thought I'd pull your chain"...... She was a very dear cousin -- the last first cousin of mine on my dad's side of the family. I was so proud of the writeup in the Killarney paper relating to her war service! I have some photos of when she, Beth and Georgina, were at some of our Davis reunions -- I hope they come through. Georgina is wearing my OPP hat in the one photo.... Please accept my sincere condolences. (The second photo is one Beryl sent to me -- she was so fiercely proud of it!). If some family wish to keep in contact, please contact me any time at papineaubill@live.ca.
