Art Hardy of Belmont, MB, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the age of 84 years. Left to mourn Art's passing are his beloved partner Shirley Payment, sons Larry (Mavis) Hardy of Yorkton, SK and Gerry Hardy of Ninette, MB, daughter LoriAnne Henderson (Jay Ruston) of Cypress River, MB, grandchildren Jason (Angela) Hardy of Sherwood Park, AB, Jeremy Hardy of Houston, TX, Bryan Henderson of Carlyle, SK, Samantha Henderson and Wyatt Ruston of Cypress River, MB and great-grandchildren Tyrisha, Cole, Chastity, Providence, Esra, Juda, Eden, Thrysa and Lyric. Also left to mourn Art's passing are his brothers Maurice Hardy of Souris, MB and Wilfred (Carol) Hardy of Brandon, MB, and sisters Lorraine Copet, Liza Scharf and Evelyn (Dave) Heape all of Brandon, MB, as well as numerous extended relatives and numerous nieces & nephews. Art was predeceased by his parents Henry and Jean (nee Vinck) Hardy. A Celebration of Art's Life will be held in the Belmont Community Hall on Thursday January 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Helen Delorme officiating.
