Passed away at the Wawanesa Personal Care Home on Monday June 12, 2017 at the age of 90 years, Dorothy Catherine English (nee Lawson), of Nesbitt MB. Dorothy leaves to mourn her passing her loving children Debbie (Allan) Fleming, Marilyn (Murray) Kozak, Glen English & Allan (Janis) English, grandchildren Tara, Andy, AJ, Justine, Cody, Danny (Tracy), Trevor (Chanlie), Cory (Jamie), Kristen (Dustin), & Rob (Kim) as well as eleven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Dorothy is also survived by her brother Harry Lawson and numerous nieces, nephews & friends. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Clayton (2000), grandson Michael Fleming, parents Douglas & Gladys, sister-in-law Marion Lawson, as well as brother & sister-in-law Alex & Irene McDonald. A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held on Thursday June 15, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Wawanesa United Church, Wawanesa MB, with Rev. Harvey Hurren officiating. Reception to follow in the Nesbitt Community Hall. A private family interment will take place in the Minnewawa Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Dorothy's memory to the Wawanesa Personal Care Home Box 309 Wawanesa MB, R0K 2G0.
