Passed away at the Glenboro Personal Care Home on Monday June 20, 2016 at the age of 97 years, Sadie Eleanor Diehl (nee Eaton), of Glenboro MB. Eleanor leaves to mourn her passing her five children, Evelyn (Frank) Pitura of Winnipeg, Allen (Beth) Diehl of Glenboro, Norma (Dennis) Vandekerkhove of Stony Plain AB, Marlene (Greg) Graceffo, of Winnipeg, Cona (Doug) Maughan of Winnipeg, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother Arnold Eaton of Winnipeg as well as numerous extended relatives & friends. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Jim in 2002 & by a sister Reita Sadler. Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 23, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Glenboro United Church with Sharon Hamilton officiating. Interment to follow in the Glenboro Cemetery.
