Passed away peacefully at the Souris Health Centre on Tuesday October 6, 2015 at the age of 85 years, George Thomas Brown, of Wawanesa MB. George leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 58 years Emily (nee Wanstall), brothers Ray & Mervin (Evelyn) Brown of Brandon, brother-in-law Russell Angus of Brandon, sisters-in-law Margaret Brown of Wawanesa & Audrey Brown of Brandon as well as extended relatives & friends. George was predeceased by his parents Norman & Ida (nee Little), brothers Russell, Elmer & Don Brown & by a sister Audrey Angus. A private family graveside service will be held on Friday October 9, 2015 at the Wawanesa Cemetery with Shirley McBurney officiating. Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in George's memory to a charity of choice.
