Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the age of 58 years, Gordon Lionel Wood, of Cypress River, MB.

Gordon leaves to mourn his passing his children Christy Wood (Scott Phillips), Cheryl Visca, Darcy Wood, granddaughter Annabelle Visca; mother Mary Wood, siblings Glen (Laurel) Wood, Brenda (David) Gibson, Wendy (Dale) Pouteau, Joanie (Lionel) Ricard, his children’s mother Julia DeMare, his friend Shannon Campbell as well as numerous extended nieces, nephews & cousins.

Gordon was predeceased by his father Alfred in 2024 and by an infant sister Barbara Wood.

A Graveside Service will be held at the St. Alphonse Cemetery on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 1:00pm.  

A Come & Go reception will follow in the St. Alphonse Community Hall commencing at 2:00 pm.  Everyone is welcome to attend the graveside & the reception.
