Passed away at the Wawanesa Personal Care Home on Thursday January 23, 2014, Cora Helen Cory (nee Cunningham) of Wawanesa MB. Helen leaves to mourn her sons Wayne (Donna) of Brandon & Daryl (Kim) of Salmon Arm B.C., grandchildren Brad (Lynn), Todd (Sheila), Shawna (Jarett), Dustin (E.J.); great grandchildren Kristin, Braeden, Joel, Hailey & Kayden as well as numerous extended family members & friends. Helen was predeceased by her husband Glenn (1983), parents Emerson & Elizabeth Cunningham, brother Liskum Cunningham, sisters Evelyn Little, Ettee Eamer, Ella Parker, Mildred Telford, Muriel Jones & Hazel Cathers. A Celebration of Helen's life will be held on Thursday January 30, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the Wawanesa United Church with Rev. Harvey Hurren officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Methven Cemetery, Wawanesa MB. Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Helen's memory to the Wawanesa & District Swimming Pool Inc. Fund, Box 427 Wawanesa MB R0K 2G0.
