Agnes Helen Waugh (nee Leclercq) of Brandon, MB formerly of Winnipeg, MB and Baldur, MB passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Helen leaves to mourn her passing her daughter Laurie Waugh (Kevin Hingey) of Brandon, grandchildren Kyle & Cole Hingey; brothers Rogier (Lorette) Leclercq of Smokey Lake AB & Alan (Darlene) Leclercq of Camrose AB, sisters Ruby Tenpas of Edmonton AB & Julene (Mitch) Gora of Edmonton AB, sister-in-law Annette Leclercq of Gibbons AB as well as numerous nieces, nephews & friends. Helen was predeceased by her husband Ross in 1998 & by brothers Ivan, Frank & Art Leclercq. A Graveside Service & Celebration of Helen's life will be held on Monday May 23, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Baldur Cemetery with Rev. Irene Onuch officiating. Following the interment a reception will be held at the Baldur Memorial Hall. Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Helen's memory to a charity of choice.
