Passed away accidentally on Wednesday July 16, 2014 in the R.M. of Argyle, James Alexander Lockhart, aged 66 years, of Glenora MB. Jim leaves to mourn his passing his loving family, wife Sharon (nee Goetz), daughter Rhonda (Andrew) Verplanche of Melita MB, son Walter (Tracy) Lockhart of Baldur, grandchildren Mayson, Owen & Reese, foster daughter Lena Balkham of Brandon; mother Ruth Lockhart of Glenboro, brothers Bill (Wendy) of Baldur, Tom (Candace) of Wawanesa MB, sister Pat (Wayne) Bjarnason of Glenboro, sisters & brothers-in-law Arlene Lockhart of Baldur, Roger (Marcy) Elliott of Glenboro, Randy Thacker of Portage la Prairie, Larry & Eileen Dnistranski of Brandon, Jerry & Val Goetz of Moosomin Sask., as well as numerous nieces, nephews cousins & friends. Jim was predeceased by his father Jim, sister Melba Elliott & brother Melvin. A Celebration of Jim's life will be held in the Baldur Memorial Hall on Thursday July 24, 2014 at 11:00 am with Albert Goetz officiating. Interment will follow in the Baldur Cemetery. Memoriams may be made in Jim's memory to the "Killarney Foundation Inc" (proceeds to the Baldur & Area Endowment Fund), Box 40, Baldur MB R0K 0B0.
