Passed away at the Tri-Lake Health Centre, Killarney MB, on Wednesday September 28, 2016, at the age of 61 years, Melvin Lindsey Beswatherick, of Ninette, MB. Melvin leaves to mourn his passing his five brothers & sisters; Wayne (Carolyn) Beswatherick of Edmonton AB, Dionna (Larry) Dominici of South River, Ont., Brenda (Ken) Northwood of Winnipeg, Donna (Bill) McNamara of Edmonton, AB, Ivan (Thekla) Beswatherick of the USA; by his caregivers & close friends Flo & Arthur Robinson of Ninette as well as extended relatives & friends. Melvin was predeceased by his parents Andrew & Ida Beswatherick, sister Edith (Larry) Clarke & by a brother Harold (Pat) Beswatherick. A Celebration of Melvin's life will be held on Wednesday October 5, 2016 at 1:30 pm at the Manhattan Beach Retreat, Pelican Lake MB, with Pastor Bruce Nehring officiating. Following the service, a reception will be held at Manhattan Beach. A private family interment will take place at the Carberry Plains Cemetery. Friends that so wish, memorial donations can be made in Melvin's memory to the Tri-Lake Health Centre Palliative Care Unit, Box 5000, Killarney MB R0G 1G0 or to a charity of choice.
