Mervyn Lyle Rollins passed away peacefully into the spiritual world at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Friday May 6, 2022 at the age of 73 years.

He leaves behind his mother, Edna Rogers, his two brothers Morley (partner Anne) of Brandon, MB, Norman (wife Agnes) of Beaumont, AB, niece Tayla, nephew Chancy, Bryce (Melissa) and Brad (partner Ella).

Mervyn is predeceased by his daughter Tracey Rollins & father Don Rollins.

Merv was well known in the Brandon community for his participation in Compassionate Friends, drumming circles, and alternative healing gatherings.

He had a great love of biking, photography, being in nature, and lived his life immersed in his spirituality. He had recently made a memorably trip to see the white buffalo at the Sioux Valley reserve west of the city.

Merv is now at peace after having a difficult struggle with his health. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses, and support staff at the Brandon Regional Hospital, Assiniboine Center for Merv's excellent care.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday May 17, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Millford Cemetery, Stockton, MB. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Wawanesa Centennial Hall.  Everyone is welcome.
