With family by his side, Murray James Gowanlock of Ninette, MB & of Glenboro, MB, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the age of 66 years.

Murray leaves to mourn his passing his loving partner Rosalind Kelly, children Lisa Gregoire & Leo Matt, stepchildren Jesse Kelly & Cass Kelly, step grandson Renfrey "Mr. Wiggles" Kelly (Murray was Geepa to Renfrey); father Jack Gowanlock, brother Ron Gowanlock, nieces Beckie Ulyatt and Jessica Gowanlock as well as numerous extended relatives and friends.

Murray was predeceased by his mother Wilma (nee Northey) in 2020 and by sister-in-law Loraine Gowanlock (nee Frost) in 2020.

A Graveside Service and Celebration of Murray's life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Glenboro Cemetery.  Everyone is welcome.  Friends that so wish, memorial donations can be made in Murray's memory to the Healthy Lake Committee, 637-10th St., Brandon, MB, R7A 4G6 (info@healthylake.ca) for the betterment of Pelican Lake, Ninette, MB, or to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st St., Brandon, MB R7A 2W8.
