Peter Marino Reykdal, of Baldur MB, passed away at the Glenboro Health Centre on Sunday August 25, 2019 at the age of 82 years. Peter leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 62 years Eleanor (nee Embury), sons Donald (Susan) of Baldur, Brian (Betty) of Minnedosa MB, Pete (Joanne) of Brandon MB, Kurt (Jen) of Beaconia Beach MB, five grandchildren Carla (Brent), Greg, Damien (Alisa), Amanda (Kyle) & Rheanna and by great granddaughters Kaitlyn & Brielle. He is also survived by his brother Cliff (Lorna) of Winnipeg, sisters Patsy Mitchell & Bonnie Desrochers both of Baldur, sister-in-law Connie Reykdal of Red Deer AB as well as numerous extended relatives & friends. Peter was predeceased by his parents Fridrik & Blanche Reykdal, brother Lyal, brothers-in-law Ernest Desrochers, Ron Mitchell & Bruce Lalonde & by grandson Chris Reykdal. A Celebration of Peter's life will be held on Thursday September 5, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Baldur Memorial Hall. Interment to follow in the Grund Cemetery.
