Raymer Brown of Wawanesa, MB, beloved husband of the late Irene, passed away at the Wawanesa Personal Care Home on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at the age of 99 years. Raymer leaves to mourn his passing his sons Glenn (Denise) of Treesbank, MB and Jim (Mavis) of Wawanesa, MB, grandchildren Shauna, Cory (Jolene), Rob (Carolyn), Dustin (Kristen) and Kelly (Kaitlyn), great grandchildren Netania (Coleman), Jayda, Dylan, Emma, Rylan, Jesse, and Nate and sister-in-law Mary Brown, as well as extended family members & friends. Raymer was predeceased by his wife Irene (nee Sorensen), parents Robert & Cora (nee Clark), brothers Norris (Winnie), Oscar (Irene), Ivan and Morley (Alice). Funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 20, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Wawanesa United Church. Rev. Harvey Hurren officiating. Private family interment will take place in the Wawanesa Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Raymer's memory to The Wawanesa Activities Department c/o Prairie Mountain Health Authority Box 309, Wawanesa, MB R0K 2G0.
