Passed away tragically of illness on April 28, 2017 at the age of 38, Reagan Rene Noel Arpin of Baldur, MB. He is dearly loved and will be painfully missed by his parents Cathy & Rene, siblings Dana, Blyss, and Ben as well as numerous friends. He was a poetic soul who's tender encouragement uplifted hearts. His kindness and courage embraced many. He is held with dignity in our hearts where his light continues to shine. Respecting Reagan's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.
