Passed away at his residence on Friday October 4, 2019 at the age of 79 years, Rudy Albert Kovar , of Glenboro MB. Rudy leaves to mourn his passing his daughters Valerie Kovar of Cypress River & Diane Kovar of Brandon, son David Kovar of Glenboro, four grandchildren Cole, Kaitlinn (Michael), Cassie (Lucas) & Alyshea (her friends); sisters Mary (William) Ohanka of Wawanesa & Ella Green of Treherne, brother-in-law Tom (Bev) Jones of King City, as well as numerous nieces, nephews & friends. Rudy was predeceased by his wife Geraldine (nee Jones) in 2017, parents Stan & Valerie Kovar, son-in-law Darryl Price, father & mother-in-law Jerry & Thelma (nee Thompson) Jones, step mother-in-law Alma Jones (Berry) & brother-in-law Eric Green. A Celebration of Rudy's life will be held on Friday October 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Glenboro Kinsmen Community Hall with Sharon Hamilton officiating. Interment will take place in the Glenboro Cemetery. Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Rudy's memory to the Glenboro Ag Society, c/o Linda Naismith, Box 57 Glenboro, MB R0K 0X0 or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 1379 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5.
