Passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on Friday November 11, 2022 at the age of 69 years, Victor Urben Joseph Desrochers, of Mariapolis, MB.

Victor leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Anne (nee VanWoensel), son Armand (Nicole) of Greenway, MB, daughter Kim Desrochers (Marty Roch) of Notre Dame de Lourdes, MB, grandchildren Chase, Hannah, Brodie, Jaden, Nikala & Boston; sisters Doreen (Vern) Heinrichs of Selkirk, MB & Brenda (Glen) Good of Seven Sisters Falls, MB and by sister-in-law Darlene Desrochers of Pilot Mound, MB.

He is also survived by brothers & sisters-in-law Cathy, Armand & Pat, Christine & Murray, Melvin & Sandra and Edwin as well as numerous nieces, nephews & extended relatives.

Victor was predeceased by his parents Urben & Thérèse Desrochers, brothers Dennis & Armand, brother-in-law Raymond VanWoensel and by father & mother-in-law Marcel & Yvonne VanWoensel.

Friends are welcome to pay their respect at a time of visitation to be held on Friday November 18, 2022 from 7:30 - 9:00 pm at the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, MB.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Saturday November 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm in Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Mariapolis, MB, with Father Vincent Lusty as Celebrant.  Interment to follow in the Our Lady of Assumption Parish Cemetery.  Following the service, a reception will be held in the Mariapolis Community Hall.  Everyone is welcome.

Friends that so wish, memorial donations can be made in Victor's memory to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 47 Squire Bakers Ln, Markham, ON L3P 3G8.  "Breathing Should Never Be Hard Work".
