Warren Lyngard Sigurdson of Glenboro, MB, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the Glenboro Personal Care Home at the age of 76 years. Left to mourn Warren's passing are his wife Rosalie (nee Gudnason) daughters Barbara Sigurdson (Sylvain Desaulniers) of Saskatoon, MB, Stacey Sigurdson (Joseph Roy) of Cumberland, BC, Jenifer Sigurdson of Neepawa, MB, and Vivian Sigurdson (David J. Francis) of Winnipeg, MB, grandchildren Andre (Kelli), Marc, Rachel (Brian), Tristan, Ceilidh (Chris), Brendan, Tyler, Braden, Brent and Brooklyn, great-grandchildren Lucas, Kane, Riker, Mason and Maverick. Also left to mourn Warren's passing are his sister Joyce Grant of Portage la Prairie, MB, sisters-in-law Lorelie Mitchell (Piet van Dijken) and Sigried (Laurie) Johnson and brother-in-law Bill (Rosario) Gudnason, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Warren was predeceased by his parents Bjorn and Clara (nee Stephenson) Sigurdson, sister Margret (Merle) Gunnlaugson, and brother-in-law George Grant. A Celebration of Warren's life will be held in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, MB at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2014, with Pastor Laurel Seyfert officiating. Interment will take place in the Bru Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Warren's memory to the Glenboro Area Foundation, Box 147 Glenboro, MB R0K 0X0, or to the Glenboro Personal Care Home Enrichment Group, Box 442, Glenboro, MB R0K 0X0.
